Some features of the Site require you to create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Our Site allows users to submit content, including but not limited to reviews, ratings, comments, and playground listings ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content, but by submitting it to our Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in any existing or future media.
You agree not to submit User Content that:
We do not actively monitor User Content but reserve the right to review and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason.
The Site and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Indoor Playground Directory and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Site without our prior written consent, except for:
Business account holders are responsible for ensuring that their playground listings contain accurate and up-to-date information. We do not verify the accuracy of playground listings and are not responsible for any inaccuracies.
Our Site allows users to review and rate playgrounds. Reviews and ratings reflect the opinions of individual users and do not represent our views or opinions. We are not responsible for any review or rating posted on the Site.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE SITE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; AND (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Indoor Playground Directory, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site.
